Sorte26 may request identity verification documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the indicated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account access and pending withdrawals.
Attention: Registration by users under 18 is strictly prohibited. Sorte26 maintains age verification procedures and may cancel accounts that fail to confirm legal age, retaining any winnings obtained irregularly.
Each User may hold only one active account at sorte26. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, device, IP address, or any other combination of data indicating duplication is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited, particularly where there is evidence of bonus or system abuse.
The User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. We strongly recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication, available in the account security panel. The Sorte26 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's own negligence in protecting their credentials.
Sorte26 follows identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures in line with industry best practices. For withdrawals above R$ 500.00, or as required by internal risk assessment criteria, document verification may be requested. The process is carried out securely and all documents are stored with encryption.
Sorte26 accepts deposits exclusively through the Brazilian payment methods listed below. All amounts are processed in Brazilian reais (R$) and no other currency is accepted.
The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. sorte26 does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees charged by your financial institution are the User's responsibility.
Sorte26 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in the account holder's name. Deposits identified as coming from third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended for investigation.
The User may request a withdrawal of the available balance at any time, provided the account is verified and there are no pending rollover requirements from an active bonus. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to a bank account held in the User's own name.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Sorte26 charges no withdrawal fees. Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the rollover specified in the corresponding promotion has been fully met. Real bet balance is not subject to any rollover and can be withdrawn at any time.
Important: sorte26 may temporarily hold a withdrawal for compliance verification, fraud prevention, or legal obligation purposes. In such cases, the User will be notified by email with the information needed to proceed.
All bets on the Sorte26 are accepted subject to market availability and the odds in effect at the time of confirmation. A bet is only considered valid after on-screen confirmation and the deduction of the amount from the account balance. Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed — the odds in effect at the moment of confirmation are the ones that apply.
Live (in-play) bets are subject to minimum processing delays to protect market integrity. sorte26 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse live bets where there is evidence that the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where irregularities in match data are identified.
A bet will be voided and the stake returned to the User's balance in the following situations: event cancelled or suspended with no resumption within 24 hours; odds published in clear error and significantly outside market standards; match not held due to force majeure. In the event of a postponement, the bet remains valid for the new date, unless the User uses the Cash Out.
Cash Out — partial or full — is available for selected markets during live events and before matches begin. The Cash Out value is calculated automatically based on current odds and may be lower than the original stake. Once a Cash Out is confirmed, the bet is permanently settled at the displayed value with no possibility of reversal.
Sorte26 offers live casino games with real dealers, slots, crash games, and other digital games provided by internationally certified suppliers. All games operate with audited random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, with verifiable physical processes streamed in real time.
The User acknowledges that casino games are for entertainment purposes and that outcomes are determined by random processes. No betting strategy guarantees long-term profit. The Sorte26 provides RTP (Return to Player) information for each slots game on the game's description page.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as an internet disconnection on the User's end or a provider server outage — the outcome will be determined based on the server records at the time of the failure. Bets in progress at the time of a system-wide failure will be voided and the amount returned to the balance.
Sorte26 offers welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions for events such as Copa do Brasil, Brasileirão Série A, Libertadores, UFC, and more. Each promotion has specific terms published on the offer page, including:
General rollover rule at sorte26: Bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are locked for withdrawal until the rollover requirement is met. Your real deposit balance is not affected and can be withdrawn at any time. By accepting a bonus, the User agrees to the conditions published in the offer.
Sorte26 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and reverse associated winnings when abusive behavior is identified — such as opening multiple accounts to exploit promotions, fulfilling rollover requirements with very low-risk bets (odds below 1.10 on both sides), or any other practice that constitutes bonus system abuse.
The sorte26 VIP Program consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — with automatic progression based on the volume of valid bets placed over the last 30 days. Benefits include weekly cashback with no rollover, priority withdrawals, reload bonuses, and, at higher tiers, access to a dedicated account manager.
The VIP cashback is calculated on the net betting volume from the previous week and credited every Sunday by 11:59 PM. Percentages vary by level and are published on the VIP Program page. Cashback has no rollover and can be withdrawn immediately after it is credited.
Sorte26 reserves the right to adjust the benefits, percentages, and progression criteria of the VIP Program with 7 days' prior notice. A level downgrade may occur if the wagering volume falls below the minimum required to maintain the current level, as set out in the criteria published on the program page.
The User agrees not to use the Sorte26 for any of the following activities, among others that sorte26 may identify as harmful to the integrity of the platform:
If any prohibited conduct is identified, the account may be immediately suspended, pending bets cancelled, the balance held for investigation, and the relevant authorities notified where applicable.
The User may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting Sorte26. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to the User's verified bank account, and any bonus balance with an unmet rollover will be forfeited.
Sorte26 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in cases of: violation of any provision of these Terms; well-founded suspicion of fraud or criminal activity; judicial or administrative order; or identification of a User under 18 years of age. Accounts closed due to prohibited conduct may have their balance held for the duration of the investigation.
Accounts inactive for more than 24 months consecutive periods may be archived. The available balance will be preserved, but reactivation will require a new identity verification process.

Sports Betting involves inherent risk. sorte26 is not responsible for the outcomes of bets freely placed by the User. The decision to bet and the amount wagered are always the User's sole responsibility.
Odds errors that are clearly out of line with the market (for example, odds of 50.00 for an event with a real probability of 90%) may be cancelled by sorte26 even after acceptance. In such cases, the full stake is returned to the User's balance.
